BASIC INFORMATION
Where is The SUMMIT?
The SUMMIT will take place at the Automotive Building (formerly Beanfield Centre) at 105 Princes’ Blvd in Toronto.
TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION
Is there a hotel block available?
Yes, there is a preferred rate available at Hotel X, which is conveniently connected to the Automotive Building. To claim the preferred rate, please email or call to make your reservation and mention that you are attending The Payments Canada SUMMIT. Please note that this rate is not fixed and is derived from the daily rate, which is subject to change.
Cancellation policy: Changes and cancellations are possible without penalty before 3 p.m., 72 hours prior to check-in.
Is there parking at the Automotive Building?
Paid public parking is available on Exhibition Place grounds. The closest lot to the Automotive Centre is lot 851.
How do I get there on the TTC?
Please visit the Exhibition Place website for suggested routes based on your location.
REGISTRATION
What should I do if I can't find my registration email?
Click here to get your registration details sent to you instantly.
How do I pick up my event badge?
You will need your registration QR code which you can find on The SUMMIT app or in your confirmation email. Registration opens at 7:45 a.m. on May 6. Make sure you arrive as early as possible so that you don't miss the opening sessions, beginning at 8:30 a.m. sharp.
Once I have my event badge, what do I do with it?
Once you’ve received your badge, you must keep it on our official lanyard, sponsored by Scotiabank, and display it around your neck during the event for security and identification purposes. Please note that attaching your badge to anything aside from our official lanyard is not permitted as per our registration policy.
Can I earn professional development credits?
Yes. The number of CPD hours will be determined once the agenda is finalized. Please email conference@payments.ca on or after May 16, 2025, to request a confirmation of attendance.
Will there be closed captioning available during the sessions?
On-site closed captioning will only be available for main-stage sessions. You can find the closed caption monitor to the right of the main stage, at the front of the auditorium. Closed captioning will also be available for all virtual sessions.
How do I register for a deep dive session?
To register for a deep dive, please follow the instructions on our deep dive information page.
How do I change my deep dive registration?
To change your deep dive selection, select the session you’ve registered for in our agenda, click ‘Seat saved’, then ‘Remove seat’. Follow the registration steps on our deep dive information page to register for your new deep dive session (capacity permitting). Please note that space is limited to 125 spots and you can only attend one session.
How late does The SUMMIT go each day?
The SUMMIT concludes at different times each day. Please see our full event schedule for more details.

Will printed agendas be available?
For sustainability reasons, we won't have any printed agendas. Download The SUMMIT app to access the full agenda.

How do I download the event app?
All ticket holders can click here to download the app or search ‘The Payments Canada SUMMIT’ in your app store, then log in with your ticket number or email address you used to register. Be sure to update your profile once you’ve logged in!I am experiencing issues with The SUMMIT app. What should I do?

I can no longer attend The SUMMIT. Can I get a refund on my ticket?
Unfortunately, there are no refunds for tickets to The SUMMIT.
I can no longer attend The SUMMIT. Can I transfer my ticket to a colleague?
Yes, your ticket is transferable if you are not able to attend. Please contact conference@payments.ca to request a transfer.
