What is The Payments Canada SUMMIT?
The SUMMIT is Canada’s premier payment event. Visit our About page to find out more about The SUMMIT.
Where is The SUMMIT held?
The SUMMIT will take place at the Beanfield Centre on 105 Princes’ Blvd in Toronto.

Is there a preferred rate available at a hotel nearby?
Hotel X is pleased to offer a special rate to The SUMMIT delegates; just mention that you are attending The Payments Canada SUMMIT when you call to make your reservation. Please note that this rate is not fixed and is derived from the daily rate, which is subject to change. Book accommodation >>
Is there parking at the Beanfield Centre?
Paid public parking is available on Exhibition Place grounds. The closest lot to the Beanfield Centre is lot 851.
How do I get to The SUMMIT on the TTC?
Please visit the Exhibition Place website for suggested routes based on your location.

What should I do if I can't find my registration email?

Can I earn professional development credits?
Yes. The number of CPD hours will be determined once the agenda is finalized. Please email conference@payments.ca on or after June 3, 2024, to request a confirmation of attendance.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
I can no longer attend The SUMMIT. Can I get a refund on my ticket?
Unfortunately, there are no refunds for tickets to The SUMMIT.
I can no longer attend The SUMMIT. Can I transfer my ticket to a colleague?
Yes, your ticket is transferable if you are not able to attend. Please contact conference@payments.ca to request a transfer.
DURING THE SUMMIT
How do I pick up my event badge?
You will need your registration QR code which you can find on The SUMMIT app or in your confirmation email. Registration opens at 7:45 a.m. on May 29. Make sure you arrive as early as possible so that you don't miss the opening sessions, beginning at 8:30 a.m. sharp.
Can I join the conversation on social media?

What time does The SUMMIT start and end each day?
The SUMMIT opens with breakfast at 8:00 a.m., but concludes at different times each day so you can enjoy an extended hour in the interactive zone and The SUMMIT Social! Visit The SUMMIT schedule for a daily overview and stay tuned to thesummit.ca for agenda updates.
Will printed agendas be available?
For sustainability reasons, we won't have any printed agendas. Download The SUMMIT app to access the full agenda.
Where can I find the The SUMMIT app?
The app is available at the Apple App Store and Google Play. To download, search for “The Payments Canada SUMMIT” in your preferred app store and follow the instructions. The app lets you view the floor plan, browse the schedule and create your personalized agenda.
I have feedback about my experience at The SUMMIT. How do I share it?
Your feedback matters and provides us valuable insight into what you liked and what could be improved. You will be sent a post-event survey to share your input.
