SPEAKER RESOURCES
SPEAKING AT THE 2025 SUMMIT
Thank you for your interest in speaking at The 2025 Payments Canada SUMMIT! Our speaker resource page will guide you through the Call for Speakers application process.
TOP TIPS FOR APPLYING TO OUR CALL FOR SPEAKERS
Each year, it is our goal to provide delegates with the richest, most comprehensive agenda in payments. After all, content is the number one reason why delegates attend The SUMMIT. We encourage you to follow these guidelines as you prepare your proposal:
Make it innovative:
Our delegates are looking for fresh, future-focused sessions that showcase the best in payments. Do not submit a proposal that has already been presented at another event.
Ensure an advanced level:
The majority of our delegates are leaders in payments and are looking for sessions featuring deep subject matter expertise.
Share thought leadership:
Sales pitches and product demos are not permitted.
Champion diverse perspectives:
The payment ecosystem continues to evolve and embrace new players. If you are proposing a panel, we encourage you to bring together different perspectives and organizations for a well-rounded discussion.
Complete your proposals:
Make sure your session title is engaging, your description is fully developed and your panelists (maximum three) and moderator are confirmed. Unfinished proposals will not be considered.

NEW THIS YEAR! DAY THREE: DEEP DIVES
This year, our main stage and breakout sessions will be consolidated into two days to make room for a full morning of deep dives on day three. The goal of this new format is to provide delegates with an in-depth understanding of complex, high-priority topics featuring formats and subject matter expertise that enable advanced learning.
Each deep dive session brings together between 100-200 participants and leverages a combination of presentations, workshops, AMAs and case studies for a comprehensive look at the subject matter of focus.
If you would like to speak at one of these sessions, please indicate your interest by selecting the “Deep dive” checkbox in our Call for Speakers application form.
THE DIGITAL EXPERIENCE (VIRTUAL)
The Digital Experience features a series of pre-recorded virtual panels and presentations. This format is most effective when bringing together speakers from across jurisdictions who are unable to join us in person in Toronto.
